Koh Phangan
Community Residency

A 4-week co-created community laboratory

for leaders who are dedicated to answering the question

What does it mean and what is needed

to live in community?

MARCH 2-30 2025

KOH PHANGAN, THAILAND

LIMITED PLACES AVAILABLE

APPLICATIONS CLOSE NOVEMBER 19th

An invitation to those who knows "it takes a village" and are on an embodied mission to live their life in community

We know that many people share the dream to live in community, and we also understand how complex it is to actually make this happen.

Did you know that more than 90% of communities fail? This is mainly due to the inability to embody emotional & relational intelligence, and hold a clearly defined vision document that serves as the foundation for the community.

In this 1 month laboratory, Maanee, Lexmy & David welcome you to co-create a live in community experience where together we will research core questions around community living and sit, feel, sense, listen and inspire one another in our vision for living in community.

The Laboratory

In this community residency we aim to have two purposes :

1) The embody the culture we wish to live in

2) Research core topics on community living such as power dynamics, governance structures, money systems, business models for community, etc.  to eventually leave with our own curated community manifesto & vision document on community.

This is a co-creation, where all of us will be contributing by sharing our experiences and practices that we will weave into our daily life and laboratory sessions.

A Living Culture Of Truth

Within this 4 week residency we will create a culture together that thrives on the principles and values of

  • Truth-Based Relating

  • Shadow work

  • Transpersonal Love & Sexuality

  • Collaboration

  • Body, Sex & Eros Positivity

We aim to create daily circles, practices & rituals that keep this culture alive- personally and collectively, as we research core themes of community living.

Core Themes of Research

In the application form you will be asked a series of questions to gain an understanding of what your own research questions are around community. We will compile a list of the most popular themes and together create a structure of study and research through the 4 weeks (our intention is - quality over quantity so we will not be able to cover everything but rather choose 3-4 core themes we can go deep into).

Our intention is to gather information and cross pollinate our genius together so we have an end result of each of us walking away with a skeleton or a solid foundational vision document that can be used for your own community project.

Topics we can potentially research

  • What does it mean to live in a regenerative community

  • land based sovereignty & autonomy

  • Eco-Somatic living

  • Circles of transparency

  • Money

  • Power

  • Governence structures

  • Technology & community

  • Relating

  • Raising free children
